How This All Started

My journey as a prophetic artist began with a life-altering prophetic word spoken over me by a seasoned prophet who knew nothing about my story. He declared repeatedly that God wanted to release something new through me using art—an expression tied to what I had walked through. At the time, I didn’t fully understand it, but looking back, I see how deeply this word was connected to God’s healing work in my life, especially His restoration of my mind after decades of living with PTSD. As truth about my identity in Christ was reestablished, something dormant within me began to awaken.

Initially, I assumed this “new thing” referred to my background as a writer and graphic designer. I had decades of creative experience, but no formal training in painting or illustration. Yet the prophetic word continued to stir. Near the end of my time at the School of the Prophets, God led me to two Spirit-filled mentors in prophetic creativity. Through their teaching, my understanding expanded. I began to see how art could be a vehicle for healing, restoration, and direct ministry to the heart, and how prophetic creativity is rooted not in performance, but in co-creating with God.

Right as I was finishing one course, a dear friend of over twenty years—Vivien, a skilled portrait artist—felt prompted by the Holy Spirit to tell me about something called Fluid Art, or pouring art. I had never heard of it, but as I began researching, watching tutorials, and experimenting with supplies, something inside me came alive. When I created my very first piece, it felt like a spark ignited. I knew instantly that I had found my artistic niche. Fluid Art felt like partnership in motion—paint flowing, merging, dividing, and revealing pathways I could never have planned. It brought together my eye for design and my life of prayer in a way that finally felt whole.

As I worked in this medium, I began to recognize how closely it mirrored my healing journey. Recovery from PTSD had not been linear; it came in layers, waves, and unexpected releases. Fluid Art carried that same grace for unpredictability and surrender. Beauty emerged not through control, but through flow. The canvas began telling the truth my body already knew—that surrender is not passivity, but responsive trust. With each piece, I sensed the Lord delighting in the process, teaching me to notice subtle shifts, to wait, to listen, and to let things settle. Worship became tactile, and color began to sing.

Still, I wrestled with one question: how could non-representational art be prophetic? As I brought this to the Lord, He gently reframed my understanding. He showed me that while representational art can minister through imagery, He wanted to speak through color itself—directly to the emotions, bypassing the analytical mind. Colors could carry peace, courage, healing, and hope, especially for those recovering from trauma. This revelation aligned powerfully with a prophetic word Theresa Dedmon once released over me—that my life would become a storyboard for God’s glory. Through Fluid Art, I now steward palettes the way others steward words or melodies. This is the new thing God has entrusted to me: prophetic art that speaks through color, movement, and presence—and it has become one of the most healing and joy-filled expressions of my walk with Him.

Does Prophetic Art Matter?

Prophetic art in your home does more than beautify a space—it carries spiritual atmosphere. When art is created from prayer, intimacy with God, and obedience to the Holy Spirit, it can release peace, encouragement, and healing into a room, because the anointing on the artist and the process becomes part of what the viewer encounters daily.

Research has shown that visual reminders and beauty at home can change your mood, boost your faith, and shift your entire outlook on tough days.

You Deserve A Home Filled With God’s Presence

Buying prophetic art isn’t like grabbing a cheap print at the store. This is art with intention, prayer, and an atmosphere-changer for you and anyone who enters your space.

ARTIST STATEMENT

I have always been drawn to creativity, exploring many forms of art and handcrafted expression throughout my life. Yet it was not until I received a detailed prophetic word—spoken by a prophet who did not know me personally—that my artistic journey took on sacred significance. In that moment, I was invited into something far deeper: a divine partnership where God desired to release something entirely new through me in the realm of art.

This calling led me to intentionally seek understanding, refinement, and obedience. During my time in Matt Tommey’s mentoring program, I discovered the unique artistic design God had woven into me—Prophetic Acrylic Fluid Art. The first time I created a piece, it felt like a holy first encounter, a moment of unmistakable chemistry. I knew instantly that I had found the language my spirit had been searching for. The process awakened a deep sense of joy, freedom, and intimacy with God, as if heaven itself was speaking through color and movement.

My work flows from a place of communion rather than control. I approach each canvas with open hands and a listening heart, allowing the Holy Spirit to lead the process. Through layers of fluid color, I seek to reveal God’s heart—His beauty, love, healing, and transformative presence. Each piece is an act of co-creation, where surrender meets expression and unseen spiritual realities are made visible.

At its core, Prophetic Fluid Art is the voice of God released through color. It carries the message that we are invited to live creatively, boldly, and in continual partnership with our Creator. My art is not about perfection, but obedience; not about striving, but flowing. As my journey continues, my artist statement remains a living compass—my North Star—guiding me to stay faithful to the vision God has entrusted to me and to create from a place of authenticity, intimacy, and trust.

I believe that when we honor our unique design and say yes to God’s invitation, our art becomes a doorway—one that draws others into hope, wonder, and the beauty of His presence.
