ARTIST STATEMENT
I have always been drawn to creativity, exploring many forms of art and handcrafted expression throughout my life. Yet it was not until I received a detailed prophetic word—spoken by a prophet who did not know me personally—that my artistic journey took on sacred significance. In that moment, I was invited into something far deeper: a divine partnership where God desired to release something entirely new through me through the language of art.
This calling led me to intentionally seek understanding, refinement, and obedience. During my time in Matt Tommey’s mentoring program, I began discovering the unique artistic design God had woven into me. My journey first opened through Fluid Art, where I encountered an unexpected sense of freedom, joy, and intimacy with God. Through that process, He taught me to recognize His voice in color, movement, and creative expression. What began as an introduction became a foundation for a broader artistic journey that continues to unfold.
Today, my work is evolving into new forms of expression, including acrylic painting, mixed media, and representational art. While my techniques continue to grow and change, the heart behind my work remains the same: to create in partnership with God and to reveal something of His beauty, love, healing, and transformative presence.
I approach each piece with open hands and a listening heart, allowing the Holy Spirit to guide the creative process. Each artwork becomes an act of co-creation where surrender meets expression and unseen spiritual realities are translated into visual form. Whether abstract or representational, my desire is to create work that carries meaning, evokes wonder, and invites deeper reflection.
I believe creativity is one of God's languages. Art has the power to communicate beyond words, opening doors to hope, beauty, and encounter. My work is not about perfection but partnership; not about striving but responding. As my artistic journey continues to expand, I remain committed to creating from a place of authenticity, intimacy, and trust.
I believe that when we honor our unique design and say yes to God's invitation, our art becomes a doorway—one that draws others into wonder, awakens possibility, and reflects the beauty of His presence.
